Third Thursday Update [December] - Shipping Updates!

Hello commanders,
We have some important shipping updates!
United States -
English Editions: The container has arrived and we expect shipping will begin in late December, or early January. With this being the holidays and extreme stress on our fulfillment centers, we are expecting some congestion but most copies will be sent out in January so please keep an eye on any notification email or shipping notice.
French Editions: These copies are scheduled for the next US container, expected to leave in January.
Spanish Editions: Copies are to begin printing early next year, and we'll have more during our January update.
Canada
English Editions: All packages have been sent out, and we are happy to report that fulfillment is 100% complete, however, please allow 1-2 weeks for any remaining packages to arrive.
French Editions: The French copies have been loaded onto a container and we are just waiting for it to make its way to Canada. There has been some delay at the port but we hope to have a fulfillment announcement in our January update.
Europe
English Editions: Complete
French Copies: They are on their way to our EU partners we expect delivery by early January.
Spanish Copies: Copies are to begin printing early next year, and we'll have more during our January update.
UK: Completed
Asia/Rest of World - Completed

Third Thursday Update - November - Shipping as begun in some regions!

Hi everyone,
We have some updates on our fulfillment progress, let's get started!
ENGLISH EDITIONS:
United States - The container is scheduled to arrive at the end of November, meaning if this stays on track fulfillment will begin mid-December, however, with the holidays we are hesitant to give a date solely because December is the largest month for congestion at fulfillment and shipping centers. We will certainly have more information in December.
Canada - The English editions are complete. If you have not received your English edition copies please reach out to us via our https://kolossalgames.com/support-center/
Europe - The container is arriving soon, and we expect fulfillment to start in December.
United Kingdom - Once the container has arrived in Europe the fulfillment team will send all UK orders to Zatu which normally takes 1-2 weeks for the games to arrive at Zatu.
Australia - The container is on the water, with an anticipated arrival in mid-December. Games should begin shipping out in late December or early January. We are hesitant to give a more specific timeline due to the nature of the holiday season.
Asia/Rest of the World - Games are currently being mailed out and please allow 1-2 weeks to arrive.
"Hello, how is the production of the Spanish version going? "
Spanish - Approvals still continue, we have sent them in for final approval and are now just waiting for confirmation.
French - Printing continues and with the fulfillment queue of print requests, this will be finished in December.
"Hi, why does my backerkit order says shipped while the french version is still in production?"
This was a mistake on our end, we were testing some Backer Kit features and unfortunately launched a notification that wasn't meant to go out, our apologies!

Hello commanders,
We have some new information regarding shipping and production files for all of our languages so let's get started.
English Edition:
EU: The container has left and is headed to our French fulfillment center. We expect the games to arrive in early November and begin fulfillment before mid-late November.
UK: Once they arrive in France, the team will ship the UK orders to Zatu, which usually takes 1-2 weeks to arrive in the UK.
CAN: The container has left and is headed to our Canadian fulfillment center.
U.S./AUS These regions are still waiting for a container to open up so that we can get these games on the water. Another item being loaded on these containers had printing issues and held up our pallets as well. We apologize for the delay but will have items out as soon as possible.
Asia/RoW: The games are currently being delivered. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for arrival.
French Edition:
Printing is underway! Files have been officially approved and we will have more information in November's update!
Spanish Edition:
Translation on these cards is receiving final approval so we can get them in the queue for printing. It is very important to us that these cards are translated 100% accurately so that we can ensure a quality gaming experience in any of our printed languages!

Hi everyone!
We have some updates regarding shipping and other languages that we'd like to share!
EN edition
EU - The container has been loaded and is expected to arrive in October.
UK - Once the container arrives in France in October it will take 2-3 weeks to ship them to Zatu for fulfillment.
US, AUS, CAN- These regions are currently waiting on containers to be available and to be loaded up. Once we know more we will update you all.
Asia/RoW- We are expecting Asia/RoW to begin fulfillment either next week or the week after!
FR Files finished July 5th.
The CTPs have been approved and they are now just waiting in a queue to be printed with our factory.
ES Translation - Waiting on final confirmation of files
After reviewing the final ES finals, we are sending the files through another pass with the translator. As soon as we have confirmation that the files are ready, they will be off to the printer. We apologize for the delay on these. Translating these cards has taken more work than originally expected. But these abilities need to be just right in order for you to experience the game as the designers intended.

Printing on Lost Empires has wrapped up, and assembly will finish before the end of August! Check out these photos from Sunny, who leads our incredible production team!

We received word that our French files have also been approved and will be printing soon!
Spanish Files
Translation of files is complete, we'll have them reviewed for quality assurance and then send them to the printer as well!
We appreciate the patience with the delays, but with our English print run complete, we expect to get these on containers just as quickly as we can. Though it's difficult to provide an estimated date at this time until these items get on the waters, of course, we'll update you all if that update was to come before next month's third Thursday.
